Refund policy
Refunds
1.1 Where we agree to provide a refund (as described in these Terms), you must provide us with one of the following proofs of purchase:
1.1.1 Original mobile app receipt (we cannot accept photocopies);
1.1.2 Original point-of-sale receipt;
1.1.3 Financial statement showing the purchase (bank or credit card statement).
1.2 We reserve the right to reject and / or cancel any agreed refunds if you are unable to provide proof of purchase as set out in clause 6.1 above.
1.3 We reserve the right to reject any return, refund or exchange requests where you:
1.3.1 Changed your mind;
1.3.2 Bought the wrong Product; or
1.3.3 Bought the wrong flavour, size, type or quantity.
1.3.4 Entered incorrect details at the point of checkout.
