Round pavlova cakes – ingredients:
Meringue: egg whites, sugar, cream of tartar
Cream: mascarpone, double cream, vanilla, icing sugar
Macarons: egg whites, icing sugar, ground almonds, food colouring, buttercream: butter, icing sugar, citric acid, lemon zest, lemon juice, freeze-dried raspberry
Fresh berries, edible and dried flowers, freeze-dried raspberry
