MERINGUE ROULADE BAKING KIT

This SUPER delicious meringue roulade baking kit is fun to make.

Baking kit contents:

  1. Two Chicks free range egg whites
  2. Homemade lemon curd (lemon, butter, sugar, eggs)
  3. Detailed step by step instructions
  4. Caster sugar
  5. Freeze-dried raspberries
  6. Cornflour
  7. Dried petals
  8. Pressed dried flowers
  9. A piping nozzle
  10. Piping bag

You will need to buy the fresh bits: 500ml double cream, fresh raspberries + strawberries

You’ll need an electric whisk – electric hand held works, but stand alone is easier.

Small roasting tin a shallow tin with sides – we use ‘Nordic Ware’ 9 x 13 naturals rectangular cake pan), and non-stick baking paper.

Making ahead: This is best assembled on the day of eating. But you can bake the meringue roulade a couple of days before serving, and then roll it & decorate on the day.
