Meringue Girls signature-style cakes!

We have a signature decorating style – which is smooth sides of Italian meringue buttercream (colour of your choice), and the top of the cake FULL & VIBRANT with edible flowers, meringue kisses, macarons, and berries!

Two sizes:

6 inch x 3 layer cake – feeds 10-12

9 inch x 3 layer cake – feeds 16-20

Flavours:

1) Chocolate fudge cake – with silky chocolate ganache, with meringue buttercream

2) Vegan chocolate fudge cake –  with vegan ganache & vegan chocolate buttercream

3) Carrot cake  – with lime mascarpone & torched Italian meringue icing (meringue buttercream also an option instead)

4) Victoria sponge cake – fluffy vanilla sponge with cream & raspberry jam, with meringue buttercream

5) Lemon & raspberry cake – with fresh raspberries, lemon curd & meringue buttercream

Complementary pack of tall rainbow bday candles – just ask <3

We can write ‘Happy Birthday’ the middle of the cake with chocolate – however, decorations would just be around the top outside rim

Collection + Delivery

The bakery is open Monday to Saturday for cake collection, or courier delivery can be arranged within London.

1) Chocolate fudge cake – with silky chocolate ganache, with Italian meringue buttercream

Dairy free milk, diary free yoghurt, apple cider vinegar, soft brown sugar, sunflower oil, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarb, salt, butter, eggs, caster sugar

2) Vegan chocolate fudge cake-  with vegan ganache & vegan chocolate buttercream – topped with flowers + berries to keep it fully vegan

Dairy free milk, diary free yoghurt, apple cider vinegar, soft brown sugar, sunflower oil, vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarb, salt, vegan butter, dark chocolate, icing sugar 

3) Carrot cake  – with lime mascarpone & torched Italian meringue icing

Carrots, coconut, pineapple, eggs, brown sugar, sunflower oil, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, mixed spice, ginger, bicarb, mascarpone, lime, cream cheese, caster sugar, egg white

4) Victoria sponge cake – soft vanilla sponge with cream & raspberry jam, with Italian meringue buttercream

Flour, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla, cream, raspberries

5) Lemon & raspberry cake – with fresh raspberries, lemon curd & Italian meringue buttercream
