A crustless cheesecake that is baked at a high temperature in order to get a beautiful burnt exterior and super creamy interior.
The bitterness of the burnt exterior mixed with the sweet and creamy interior balance perfectly.
Custard-y and rich, but at the same time soft & delicate. It’s a must try.
We use the best ingredients for our burnt basque cheesecake, from rich Clarence Court egg, to rich fresh double cream. We also use gluten free flour to keep this is a fab gluten free option.
This basque cheesecake cuts into 10-12 slices.

We will provide the cheesecake ready to eat, and still in it’s gorgeous classic baking paper case – all you need to do is serve it up to your guests.
Serve at room temperature, and add fresh berries for the perfect plate of pure happiness.
Store in the fridge, 3 day shelf life.

If you want to sample a slice of this, we also sell by the slice on our bakery Summer Saturdays – where you can swing by every Saturday over the summer for a slice and a coffee from 10am-3.30pm.
