This burnt basque cheesecake originates in the Basque Country, Spain.

It’s a delicious, and impressive looking dessert.

A crustless cheesecake that is baked at a high temperature in order to get a beautiful burnt exterior and super creamy interior.

The bitterness of the burnt exterior mixed with the sweet and creamy interior balance perfectly.

Custard-y and rich, but at the same time soft & delicate. It’s a must try.

We use the best ingredients for our burnt basque cheesecake, from rich Clarence Court egg, to rich fresh double cream.

Cuts into 12 very generous slices.  Slices could easily be shared if needed (and if allowed) 😉

We will provide the cheesecake ready to eat, and still in it’s gorgeous classic baking paper case – all you need to do is serve it up to your guests.

Serve at room temperature, and add fresh berries for the perfect plate of pure happiness.

Store in the fridge, 3 day shelf life.

Cut with a hot knife for the perfect serve.

Pre-order and collect from our bakery on your chosen day (we are open Monday to Saturday) – we are based in Broadway Market, Hackney – E8 4TS, or we can courier to your door (just choose this option when you check out).

If you want to sample a slice of this, we also sell by the slice on our bakery Summer Saturdays – where you can swing by every Saturday over the summer for a slice and a coffee from 10am-3.30pm.
